I live in Richmond, Vermont. I attended Clark University where I completed studies that have led me to instructing others. I am skilled in teaching algebra I and II, elementary and middle school math, geometry, literature, reading, writing, and test preparation. In any situation, the student must be the top priority of the teacher. The material being taught is not more important than the person learning it. Every lesson plan must be crafted to suit individual personalities. I always start off by creating a relationship with my students. I figure out where they are stumped and bring them out of the darkness and into the light, so to speak, by giving the skills they need to solve problems throughout the rest of their lives. Knowledge opens the door to a world of opportunity for each person.In my spare time, I enjoy rock and ice climbing. As well as biking, skiing, painting, photography, and travel.
